Forensic Building Inspection Gordy Haynes is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor. He has been licensed with the Sate for more than twenty years. He has designed, built, bought and sold thousands of square feet of Real Estate and understands the Industry inside and out. He has done Custom Residential Construction, Track and FAST TRACK PROJECTS, Light Commercial and many Specialty Projects, Project Management, Design Build, many Home Kitchen Remodel, Orlando Bathroom Remodel. Throughout the years he has completed many Home Improvement Projects, Renovations, Additions and scores of Insurance Projects. He also holds a State of Florida All Lines Adjuster's License, An Inactive Florida Mold Assessor's License, An Inactive Florida Real Estate Sales Associated License, a State Of Florida Home Inspectors License, a Current FEMA Flood Certification Inspectors License, Was one of FABI's (Florida Association of Building Inspectors) first 200 founding members in the late 1990's, is a current member in good standing with interNACHI. (interNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors), is a Certified Thermographer, is proficient with the Insurance Industry Standard Estimating Software, Xactimate 27.3. He will also provide Extensive "Cost Analysis" for his clients, as well as other Construction Firms, Architectural and Engorging Firms and Home Inspection Companies.
